SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Because each jewellery piece is made to order, please allow approximately, a standard 2-3 weeks to be produced and shipped. Shipping is free within North America. Outside of North America, shipping costs are added as a flat fee and varies depending on whe it's being shipped.



DOMESTIC:

All deliveries within CAD are shipped via Canada Post with confirmation.  Canada post shipping takes approximately 2 -9 business days to arrive.



INTERNATIONAL:

Shipping to the U.S. takes approximately 2- 9 days to arrive.  Outside the U.S., it may take up to 6 weeks. International orders are shipped with Canada Post. Orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs clearance which are the responsibility of the customer/receiver. 



GUARANTEE:

We will reimburse you for damaged products without charge ONLY for the items purchased through hodadesigns.com. The product must have been  purchased within 30 days with photographs included.
